TravelSkills have revealed behind-the-scenes images of what air stewards get up to whilst passengers below are cramped into a tiny seat with no leg room and a minuscule headrest.

The Crew Rest Departments (CRCs) sit above the passenger cabin and is a place for stewards to escape to whilst everyone else is sat below. They have comfy beds for the workers to lay out and enjoy a rest, and is a lot more comfortable than the standard economy seat.
