A bouncer has been cleared of all charges after kicking a drunk man in the balls which led to him having a testicle surgically removed.
Doorman Daniel Noy was reacting to a fight that kicked off inside the Albion Pub in Gloucester, when he kicked 24-year-old Kevin Joyce in the groin.
He told Gloucester Crown Court he was acting in self defence, as Joyce needed restraining. He explained that he attempted to kick him in the leg to give him a dead leg but missed and hit him right in his testis. (It’s hurting just thinking about it).
Joyce spent 4 days in the hospital and ended up losing a ball. Noy had all charges dropped.
