Most kids would be intimidated if they had to interview the President of the United States, but not this guy!
Osman Yahya, a sixth grader from Maryland, U.S, was moderating a discussion with Barack Obama on Thursday to talk about a new initiative to encourage children to read.
The middle schooler stole the show when he cut short a lengthy answer about reading from Obama with a curt, “I think you’ve sort of covered everything about that question.”
Luckily, Obama laughed off the comment.
We could do with more straight shooting like that in the UK, especially with the General Election coming up. Maybe Yahya is angling for a job at the BBC?
