The model wife of singer John Legend has once again tested the controversial nudity policies of photo-sharing app, Instagram.
Chrissy Teigen shared her latest nude photo on the platform this week after a photoshoot with W Magazine, but it didn’t take long for the photo to quickly take the following familiar form…
Yes, this article contains explicit NSFW material.
For those that were too late to the party, pretty much everyone on the planet managed to cop a screenshot…
The caption reads: “Honored to be in the company of such gorgeous women!” and goes on to thank all those involved in the shoot.
This isn’t Chrissy’s first bust-up with the Insta police, though, as she received a similar response from them in 2013 when she uploaded a nude photo of herself after getting a little tipsy.
This was her response following the latest takedown:
Overall nudity is still not allowed on Instagram, however, after a long battle between both themselves and users of the platform, they updated their policy last April to allow photos of post-mastectomy scarring and breastfeeding.
And while the #FreeTheNipple campaign continues to protest against the general ruling, with A-list backers such as Chrissy, Rihanna, Miley Cyrus and Chelsea Handler, Instagram remain stubborn. And will probably stay that way.
