The streets of Lisbon were invaded by a gang of ‘graffiti grandmas’ recently who left their mark on the walls of the Portuguese capital.

The group is called ‘Lata 65’ and their aim is to teach seniors the basics of street art while breaking down age barriers in order to bring the young and older generations together – proving that street art is not confined to just one age group.

Led by street artists, they are guided through rough and run down areas, restoring colour and vibrancy as they go along.
