Usually, when I accidentally geotag my tweets, I realise after maybe 1 or 2. But this absolute genius member of IS geotagged over 40 of his.

Abu Abdul-Rahman, aka Mark Taylor, supposedly joined ISIS in 2012 after leaving his home country of New Zealand. The clever man eventually realised what he’d done, and deleted the geotagged tweets. But it was too late, as open-source intelligence group ‘iBrado’ had already managed to pinpoint him to a house in al-Taqbah, Syria.

Since then, his account has been suspended, and we’re assuming he’s been banned from any type of internet activity. Because, you know, he’s a bit of a moron.

And if you want to add further proof to that, he’s also tried multiple times to reapply for a NZ passport. After tweeting pictures of his old one, set on fire. Hmm, I wonder why they’re not giving you one pal?
