Jason Manford has been arguing Britain First supporters, after he posted saying that he had deleted a few friends after they shared BF posts on Facebook.
The comedian posted a status on his page, expressing his disappointment in some of his friends, and that he had deleted them as a result.
Just had to delete 3 old school friends from my personal facebook page for sharing Britain First bullshit videos. Nowt more depressing than finding out someone you know is a racist.

Soon after, the green cagoule brigade of Britain First followers waded in, giving him some abuse.
Them 3 old friends have just lost a bellend from their friends then, nothing racist about Britain’s First they’re just telling the truth!
How the fuck can you say defending your back garden is racist?
It’s so annoying at how uneducated most people on here are slamming BRITAIN FIRST for actually attempting to keep the streets of Britain belonging to British people. I remember seeing a post where they were in Luton and were attacked by Muslims. They are proud of their country and I don’t see anything wrong with it. Our grandparents/great grandparents will be turning in their graves, having fought through ww1 and ww2 to keep Britain a British country, now look at the state of it! Absolute shambles!!
It wasn’t all hate though. A lot of people sided with Jason.
Not long after this, Britain First hit out at the comedian, posting a picture on their official page of Jason with fellow comedian Ross Noble, stood in front of a Nazi flag.
As is often the case, Britain First had completely neglected all context, because if they included the rather key information that the pair were starring in a play about Hitler when the photo was taken, it would have seemed as irrelevant as it actually is.
Oh dear. Looks like I'm about to become one of their victims! Not like Britain First to take a photo out of context and…

Britain first later took down the picture with the Nazi imagery.
Jason continued the spat by changing his cover photo… To him entertaining the troops.
Not content with just his cover photo sticking two fingers up to Britain First, he changed his profile picture as well. To him, with an Asian family.
Fair play to the comic. It’s good to see him standing up for his beliefs, especially so publicly where he is likely to come under scrutiny.
Being honest, I’ve done the same myself recently, and got rid of a few people off my Facebook for posting racist stuff. Everybody is entitled their opinion, it’s one of the perks of our free speech. Just like I am entitled to the opinion of disliking Britain First and their views. If it got announced it’s a Chris Morris satirical creation, I wouldn’t be remotely surprised.
Well played, Jason.
