Britain’s first cannabis e-cig, the ‘CanaVape’, could be banned before it’s even launched, after the French Health Minister branded it a ‘public health problem’ and threatened to block it from being sold online.

The French duo who created CanVape say the minister is trying to stop them from selling the KanaVape in France, which will impact the ability to order the e-joint in Britain.

However, the partners – that claim their product is completely legal as it contains no THC – are campaigning hard, and have a lot of backing.

CanaVape uses hemp with five per cent cannabidiol, which basically means that it gives users the same high as cannabis but without psychotic side-effects.
