‘Jurassic World’ officially broke the record for biggest movie opening of all time after its incredible performance at the U.S box office over the weekend.
The dinosaur action blockbuster racked up a staggering $208.8 million (£132 million) to knock ‘The Avengers’ off the top spot, which earned a paltry $207.4 million in its opening weekend in 2012.
However, rather than being annoyed by the situation, Marvel congratulated Chris Pratt and co with a classy picture on Twitter.

Marvel chief Kevin Feige showed some love to Pratt, Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow, producers Steven Spielberg and Frank Marshall, and Universal and Legendary Pictures in the brilliant tweet.
The image, designed by Marvel Studios concept artist Andy Park, shows the Avengers looking on at Pratt riding a Mjolnir-wielding T-Rex. Awesome!
The only problem is, we now want to see Marvel and Universal combine to actually create a movie which stars both the Incredible Hulk and Tyrannosaurus Rex. Hey, a guy can dream, right?
