One mother took exception to a cheap women’s crop top her teenage daughter bought off Amazon, and her review of the product hilariously let people know exactly why.
The user, known only as sb043, explained how her 16-year-old daughter snapped up the bargain blouse for just $3.38 (£2.21) online.
However, when it arrived, she discovered the item of clothing made by Comemall was “ridiculously small”.
She joked that she couldn’t legally post a photo of what it looks like on her teenage daughter, so she snapped a pic of the family cat modelling the outfit instead.
In the review titled ‘Well, it fits the cat’, she wrote:
My 16 y.o. daughter bought this thing. It is ridiculously small and I probably couldn’t legally post a picture of what it looks like if she attempts to wear it.
But, so you can see… here is a picture of our cat wearing it. To be fair, it does cover all of the cats nipples, however, she hates the weave. In summary, do not buy this, even for your cat.
Over 200 people have voted the review as “helpful” and it’s not hard to see why. How long will it be now until all Amazon clothing reviews are accompanied by photographs of pets trying on the outfits, we wonder?
