Unidentified loud noises were heard across the globe last night, as people took to Twitter to try and understand what was going on.
The noises, described as “sounding like a firework display”, could be heard from London to Scotland and even as far as New York and Indiana, USA.
The ‘sequence of explosions’ were first heard at around 10pm and were quickly excused as fireworks from a display in Crawley. However when people from around the country, and then the WORLD started piping up about the exact same noises, it started to gain some weight.
Youtube user Claudia Angiletta merged and uploaded three versions of the explosions.
Last week a similar thing happened when RAF jets were deployed to cut off a foreign plane in UK airspace, however according to the MailOnline, no jets had been sent into the air yesterday and no explanations were given.
But people on Twitter are talking.

The Youtube comments were interesting too. People dotted all over the world claimed to of heard the exact noises in the video.
Whatever they were, there seems to be a lot of confusion. And there probably won’t be an answer given.
What do you think they were?
