Who Says You Can’t Get Drunk For Breakfast? Boozy Poptarts Revealed

Food porn at it’s finest, getting pissed for breakfast.

As if you’ve never thought of pouring vodka on your Coco Pops, well now you can be more sneaky about it with Boozy Poptarts.

They are your typical strawberry flavoured Poptart but each one is glazed with ½ a cup of ruby port wine. Wondering how to get your hands on them? Well they’re not in shops, but here are the ingredients:

1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
1 egg yolk
5 tbsp milk
1 cup fig jam (or jam of your choice!)
1 egg, whisked (for egg wash)
For the glaze:
½ cup ruby port wine
1 cup confectioner’s sugar, sifted
Sprinkles, for garnish
