Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a pretty controversial dude and isn’t short on confidence, and he certainly thinks that the world revolves around him, but even Zlatan, who refers to himself in the first person, probably didn’t want to be on the hitlist of convicted murderer Peter Mangs.
Mangs is serving life in prison and has used some of his downtime to write a book about his ‘reign of terror’ that lasted seven years and involved him killing one person and being suspected in the murders of countless others, being implicated in the shootings of 15 people between 2003 and 2010.
This is an extract from Mangs’ book:
Mangs says that he saw the footballer’s red Ferrari on a pavement and became so angry at Ibrahimovic’s “typically Balkan behaviour” – a reference to the striker’s Bosnian heritage – that he returned home to get his gun.
“I thought there would be a proper hullabaloo in the media if the gent in question were to be shot,” Mangs has written in a new book about his life. However, when he returned to where Ibrahimovic’s car was parked, the footballer had left.Advertisement
Not quite sure what to make of this one.
