A Church Of Bacon. Hallelujah.

This is my kind of thing.

I am actually an atheist. I won’t digress into why, I’d probably exceed my bandwidth.

But if I WAS going to follow a religion, I would totally be down with the Church Of Bacon.

There Is An Actual Church Of Bacon, But People Arent Happy bacon

Over in Las Vegas (obviously), the religion has been founded by atheists, as a protest against the discrimination of non-believers.

Somewhat ironically, the group has received discrimination by the bank Wells Fargo, as they refused to sign church documents. It’s not just the bank either, there are plenty of people kicking off about it. Infidels!

The church founder, John Whiteside, said:

We’re not immoral. We’re not un-American. That’s what we’re trying to get corrected.

We enjoy people mocking us. We mock ourselves. This isn’t supposed to offend anyone.

I’m into it. In fact, I’m going to church to pray right now. And by ‘church to pray’, I mean ‘kitchen to make bacon’.
