I don’t know about you, but the four-day Easter bank holiday weekend takes its damn toll on me, but maybe I’m just getting older.
Either way, I’m not shy of a hangover and I love pizza. A lot. So after discovering these PIZZA TACOS, I almost can’t wait for my next hangover just so I can enjoy them that little bit more.
All you need in order to make these little beasts is a frozen pizza that you’ll fold in half, but not before sticking in the good stuff. Chicken, pork, beef? Any of those are good. Throw in some guacamole, sour cream and a lot of pepper and you are on your way.
Then, stick it in some oil over the hob and fry that thing like there’s no tomorrow! Well, don’t burn it, but you know what cooked food looks like.
Even if you make a mess, it will still probably taste amazing. And you can thank us later.
