George Prior did just that, and blogged about it. His reason? To show you just HOW unhealthy sugary drinks are and what they can do to your body.
He also understands that most normal people aren’t knocking back this amount of Coke per day, but he does say that most people don’t actually realise how much sugar they’re regularly consuming.
At the end of the ‘diet’ George gained 23 pounds and his body fat increased by 65%. This before and after photo shows the results:
