Fighting with your partner can actually have some pretty harmful effects on your body.

Although the occasional disagreement is inevitable in a relationship, those who go through long periods of stress due to arguments could be putting their body at risk of health problems, including high blood pressure, which can lead to a higher risk of diabetes, heart attacks and strokes.
