In a really classy move, the Valencia football team’s shirts over the weekend featured Nepali writing as part of a charitable gesture for Nepal.
The Spanish club played to a 1-1 draw with Celta Vigo on Sunday but won the hearts of many fans with the fine gesture.
Working in tandem with the Red Cross, the players’ names were written in Nepali to help raise awareness and money for the earthquake hit nation.
The one-off kits will now be auctioned off with all the proceeds going to Nepal. Respect.
