Just weeks after the seventh instalment smashed all kinds of box office records, Vin Diesel has just confirmed that ‘Furious 8’ is on its way – and it even has a release date.
The eighth instalment will be hitting screens on April 14th, 2017. That gives them a whole two years to get it ready, and not ruin it. Because lets be honest, they could have closed it all off with the last one.

Furious 7, fittingly, is currently the seventh highest grossing film of all time. Worldwide. So they would really have to step it up if they were to reach the heights of Paul Walker’s final Fast film.
And we have a feeling some people aren’t going to be happy that they’re continuing. But, from a business angle, how can they not?
