Brit Missing Teen Gang Raped, Shot, And Fed To Alligators Says FBI

The FBI have made a grim revelation in the case of a missing teenager who disappeared in 2009.

As reported by the Irish Independent, 17-year-old Brittanee Drexel travelled with friends from Rochester, New York, to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, without her parents’ knowledge.

Seven years later, a confession obtained from a prisoner has provided the FBI with a detailed account of what may have happened to the young woman, and suggests her body was disposed of using alligators.

Taquan Brown, who is serving a 25 year sentence for voluntary manslaughter in a different case, told investigators that he witnessed Britanee being sexually and physically assaulted.

According to his deposition, Brown saw several men abusing the teen at a ‘stash house’ in the McClellanville area days after her disappearance. Drexel reportedly escaped her captors briefly but was ‘pistol-whipped’ and brought back to the house.

Brown was at the house to deliver money to Shaun Taylor, father of then 16-year-old Da’Shaun Taylor who is accused of sexually abusing Drexel.

Following the attempted escape, Brown claims he heard two gunshots and assumed Shaun Taylor had shot the girl.

Agent Gerrick Munoz confirmed no body has been found, but reports indicate that the body was fed to alligators.

He said:

Several witnesses have told us Miss Drexel’s body was placed in a pit, or gator pit, to have her body disposed of. Eaten by the gators.

Officers have searched nearby alligator ponds and the ‘stash house’ but met with no success. The FBI announced in June that they are offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those behind Drexel’s murder.
