Pot brownies might be all the range in Holland, but most people don’t expect that across the rest of Europe.
Mainly because it’s illegal in most places, so if pot brownies are out, cocaine most certainly is.
Despite that, one shop has been unwittingly selling cocaine tea for years – all without realising it.
The shop, in Italy, has been selling the tea for years, and only discovered what they were doing after a customer tested positive for the drug.
A 38-year-old bus driver tested positive cocaine after feeling light-headed, and after a police officer went and purchased a box of the delisse alla coca tea and tested it, their suspicions were confirmed.
Naturally the product has now been labelled dangerous and the shop will no longer be selling it.
