Think your life is bad? Spare a thought for these guys…
A rich London couple – who earn a combined salary of £190,000 a year – contacted financial advisers at The Telegraph panicking about how they will maintain a lavish lifestyle once they send their two young daughters to private school. Where’s the humanity!?
Adam, a management consultant, and Megan Brownson, an injury lawyer, worry that the £24,000 combined annual fee will leave them unable to properly enjoy themselves with the £166,000 net income they will be living off. I feel for them, I really do.
Now they face devastating decision of possibly selling their £315,000 buy-to-let flat to fund their children’s education. I hate it when you have to sell your second home, it’s just not fair is it?
Don’t despair though everyone, a fundraising page has been set up to help them out- although it’s a bit of a piss take to be honest.
The GoFundMe account has been set up to ‘support’ the pair – who live in a £725,000 home in south west London – years before they have to send their daughters Emme, two, and Belle, nine months, to school.
The fundraising page contains an edited photograph of the family in which the girls are holding a can of beer and cigarettes. Genius.
As you’d expect, the Twitter backlash was pretty hilarious to the couples ‘plight’ and no-one really had any sympathy for them, accused of being ‘completely out of touch’ with reality.

First world problems much?
Won't somebody think of the management consultants? Couple earning £190,000 who told of their heartache at not being able to afford private schools face sarcastic backlash and even a GoFundMe campaign
