– 200g butter
– 350g dark chocolate
– 3 eggs
– 250g caster sugar
– 50g self-raising flour
– 200g Rolos
– Ice cream
First, whisk up the eggs and sugar.
Fold in the melted chocolate and butter.
Add in 125g of the Rolos.
And finally the self-raising flour.
Pour into a lined tin and bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
Decorate with caramel and the remaining Rolos.
