– 200g dark chocolate
– 150g butter
– 200g chocolate chip cookies
– 100g Glace cherries
– 100g dried mango
– 100g mini marshmallows
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water.
Crush up the cookies…
Add the mango, cherries and marshmallows and give them a mix…
Pour in the butter and chocolate mix, give it a good stir to get everything coated…
Then press into a tin and chill for an hour.
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate…
Remove from the tin, cut into pieces, sprinkle over some extras – and the melted white chocolate.
