– 2 chicken breasts
– 2 tsp salt
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– 2 tsp onion powder
– 2 tsp smoked paprika
– 2 tsp oregano
– 200ml ranch dressing
– 75ml Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
– Tortilla chips
– Red pepper
– Spring onion
– Cheddar cheese
First, season the chicken with salt, garlic powder and onion powder.
Then add in the paprika, oregano and pepper.
Mix and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
For the buffalo sauce, mix together the hot sauce and ranch dressing.
Then chop the cooked chicken up.
And mix through the sauce.
To build the nachos, start with the tortilla chips followed by chicken, cheese, pepper, spring onion and jalapeños.
And then repeat. Grill for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
Top with pepper, spring onion and jalapeños.
