– Bread dough
– 75g dried cranberries
– 75g walnuts
– 1 tbsp thyme
– 1 tbsp rosemary
– 1 tbsp orange zest
– Salt & pepper
First, mix cranberries and walnuts into the bread dough.
Followed by the herbs and seasoning.
Roll into balls and place around the outside of a baking dish. Prove for 30 minutes.
Once proved, put the Camembert in the middle. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
