– Bread dough
– Garlic butter

Method:

First, cook off the chorizo.

And then add in the onion and garlic. Cook for five minutes.

Then pour in the red wine. Reduce by half.

Followed by the oregano, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and seasoning.

Add in the chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 30 minutes.

Roll bread dough into balls, place them around a baking dish then clingfilm and prove for 30 minutes.
