– 12 slices of white bread
– 1/2 jar of green pesto
– 1/2 jar of red pesto
– 250g mozzarella
– 12 basil leaves
– 12 sun-dried tomatoes
– 3 eggs
– 50g butter
– 100g Parmesan
First, slice the crusts off the bread and flatten it with a rolling pin.
Then spread on the pesto and place on basil leaves for green pesto and sun-dried tomatoes for red.
Top with mozzarella, then roll up.
Dip in egg…
Then fry in butter until golden.
Sprinkle over some Parmesan and bake for eight minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
