– 55g butter
– 25g brown sugar
– 230ml water
– 150g plain flour
– 2 eggs
– Ice cream
– Chocolate sauce
– Caramel sauce
First, melt together the butter and sugar.
Then pour in the water – bring to a simmer.
Add in the flour and mix until a dough is formed. Leave to cool for 10 minutes.
Add in a egg at a time until the mix is well incorporated. Pour into a piping bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pipe around the greased cupcake moulds. Freeze until firm.
Fry the bowls at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.
Cover in cinnamon sugar.
Spoon in ice cream and the sauces.
And finally top with Oreos.
