– 200g plain flour
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 50g caster sugar
– 200ml milk
– 2 eggs
– 60g butter
– 350g beef mince
– 2 tsp onion powder
– 2 tsp mustard powder
– Salt & pepper
– Hash browns
For the pancake batter mix together flour, baking powder and sugar.
Then add in the eggs.
And whisk in the milk gradually.
Finally fold in the melted butter.
Take a ladle of batter and cook on a medium heat for three minutes on each side.
For the burgers, mix together the mince and seasonings.
Form into patties.
Fry the burgers until browned. Cook for a further six minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
To assemble the burger start with a pancake, patty and bacon.
Then top with sausage, hash browns and egg, before topping with another pancake.
