– 200g digestive biscuits
– 80g butter
– 600g cream cheese
– 175g icing sugar
– 225g Kinder bars
– Kinder Buenos
For the base, blend up digestive biscuits.
Then mix in melted butter.
Spoon the mix into cupcake wrappers and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
For the cheesecake filling, whisk together the cream cheese and icing sugar.
Then fold in 150g of melted Kinder.
Chop up the remaining Kinder bars and mix through the filling.
Pour into the cases and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
And finally, top with Kinder Bueno.
