– 3x bananas
– 125g Nutella (in a piping bag)
– 100g flour
– 3x eggs (beaten)
– 100g Cornflakes (crushed)
– Chocolate sauce
– Icing sugar
– Ice cream
First, cut each banana into three pieces, poke out the middle with a straw and remove the peel.
Pipe Nutella into the middle of each piece of banana until the hole is nice and full, then place on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
Next, coat each piece of banana in flour, then egg, then crushed cornflakes and deep fry for about three minutes until golden brown.
Dust with icing sugar and serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce…
