– 4 x packets pizza dough
– 1x jar pizza sauce
– 200g grated mozzarella
– 200g grated cheddar
– 1x ball mozzarella (torn into pieces)
– 2 x green chillies (sliced)
– 1 x red onion (sliced and cooked until soft)
– 12 x slices pepperoni
– 1 x egg (beaten)
First, roll out three pizza bases the same size as your cake tin and bake for ten minutes at 220 degrees celsius.
Grease the inside of the cake tin and cover with raw pizza dough. Place a cooked base in the bottom and seal any gaps with more raw dough.
Cover the base with pizza sauce, then grated mozzarella and cheddar, red onion, four slices of pepperoni and sliced green chilli.
Repeat with the other two bases.
Do the same for the top layer, then add the torn mozzarella ball, fold over the crust, brush with beaten egg and bake at 200 degrees celsius for 25 minutes.
