For this recipe we’re using Decibel Nutrition’s chocolate flavoured whey isolate – get yours at www.decibelnutrition.com.
– 5 x ripe bananas
– 100g almond butter
– 100g peanut butter
– 120g cocoa powder
– 4 x scoops Decibel whey protein powder
– 200g whole nuts
– 200ml water
First, peel the bananas and put them in a food processor with the almond butter, peanut butter, cocoa powder, water, and blend into a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into a mixing bowl and then stir in the protein powder and nuts.
Pour the mix into a tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool, then slice up into bars…
