– 150g caster sugar
– 225g butter
– 1 egg yolk
– 280g plain flour
– 100g peanut butter
– 150g chocolate chips
– 100g Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups
– Giant marshmallows
First, cream together the sugar and butter.
Then fold in the egg.
Followed by the peanut butter.
And flour. Knead together until a cookie dough is formed.
Roll out the dough to the thickness of a one pound coin.
And cut out a large circle. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Top with chocolate chips.
