For the base:
– 100g oat biscuits
– 25g butter
For the cheesecake filling:
– 400g cream cheese
– 150g Carnation caramel
– 150g icing sugar
– 300ml whipped double cream
– 1 tsp salt
– 3 Snickers bars
– 200g milk chocolate
First, blend up the oat biscuits.Then pour in the melted butter and mix.
Spoon in the mix into 12 cupcake wrappers and refrigerate until set.
Meanwhile for the cheesecake filling, mix cream cheese, caramel and icing sugar together.
Then fold in the whipped cream, salt and Snickers.
Spoon the mix into the moulds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
To finish, spoon on melted chocolate on top. Allow to set for 30 minutes.
