– 100g butter
– 3tbsp golden syrup
– 200g milk chocolate
– 300g Maltesers
– 250g milk chocolate digestives
– 50g white chocolate
First, smash up the chocolate digestives into small pieces.
Then, in a heatproof bowl over simmering water melt together the butter, milk chocolate and golden syrup.
Next, add the crushed biscuits into the chocolate mix (but save a bit for later!)…
Then 225g of the Maltesers…
Then spoon into a lined tray, spread evenly and chill for at least 30 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the white chocolate (same method as before)…
Once cold, slice the bar up into squares and decorate with the rest of the Maltesers, the crushed biscuit and the white chocolate.
