First, slice your watermelon in half and scoop out all the flesh.

Then blitz the flesh into a liquid and pass it through a sieve to remove any seeds.

Next, soften the gelatine in cold water.

Add the lemonade to the watermelon juice, then heat up about 250ml until it’s nearly boiling.¬†Add the gelatine to the hot liquid and stir until it has completely dissolved.
