– 750g Oreos
– 250g butter
– 400g soft cheese
– 300ml double cream
– 80g caster sugar
– 100g white chocolate
First, take 600g of Oreos and separate the cookie from the cream.
Blend the biscuits.
Take half the blended biscuits and mix together with melted butter.
Spread out on a lined cake tin and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Repeat for the other base.
To make the filling, first mix together the cream cheese with the Oreo cream fillings.
Then fold in the whipped double cream, sugar and melted white chocolate.
And finally the rest of the Oreos, crushed up.
Spoon in the filling into the cake tin, until your 1cm away from the top.
Then place on the other base and set for two hours in the fridge.
