– 250g soft cheese
– 2 tsp garlic powder
– salt & pepper
– 400g mozzarella
– 100g jalapeños
– 200g plain flour
– 3 eggs
– 150ml milk
– 250g breadcrumbs
– 500ml oil
First, whip together the soft cheese, garlic powder and seasoning.
Then add the mozzarella and mix thoroughly.
Chuck in the jalapeños and combine.
Flatten the mix on a tray and freeze for one hour.
Once solid, slice the mixture into sticks.
Then coat them in flour, then the egg wash and finally the breadcrumbs.
Repeat this process.
Finally, fry the dippers until golden brown.
