– 400g chicken mince
– Salt & Pepper
– Mozzarella balls
– 200g plain flour
– 3 eggs
– 250g breadcrumbs
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp oregano
– 1 tbsp basil
– 100g Parmesan
First, season chicken mince with salt and pepper.
Than roll them into equal balls.
Create a little hole in each ball and place in the mozzarella. Cover with the mince.
To the breadcrumbs add the dried herbs and Parmesan.
Then roll the balls in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
Repeat the egg/breadcrumb process.
Fry at 180 degrees Celsius until golden. Bake in the oven for a further eight minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
