– 50g butter
– 200g marshmallows
– 2 tbsp pumpkin spice
– 1 tbsp instant coffee
– 90g Rice Krispies
– 200g white chocolate
First, melt the butter and marshmallows.
Then add in the coffee and pumpkin spice.
Mix until the marshmallows have completely melted.
Fold in the Rice Krispies.
Pour into the tray and press. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pour on the white chocolate layer and allow to set for 30 minutes.
