– 275g Milk Bottle Sweets
– 175ml vodka
– 275g Red Berry Sweets
– 135g Black Berry Sweets
– White chocolate buttons
First, melt down the milk bottle sweets with 70ml of vodka on a high heat.
Continuously mix until the sweets completely dissolve.
Pour the mix into a greased spherical mould and allow to set for 10 minutes.
For the red half, melt the red berry sweets with of vodka on a high heat and mix until the sweets dissolve.
Pour the mix into the spherical mould, leaving a 3mm gap from the jelly and the top of the mould. Allow both halves to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
For the black band, melt the black berry sweets and the remaining 35ml of vodka on a high heat.
Mix until the sweets have dissolved.
Allow to cool slightly, before pouring on top of the red halves. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Once both halves are set, stick them together and stick on a white chocolate button in the middle of each ball.
