– 500g sausage meat
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp thyme
– 100g breadcrumbs
– Brioche buns
– Cranberry sauce
– Roasted parsnips
First, mix together the sausage meat and herbs.
Shape into patties.
Fry until browned. Roast in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Shape the stuffing into patties and cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
To assemble the burger, start with the brioche bun, cranberry sauce and patty.
Top with gravy, stuffing and parsnips.
