A violinist has showcased the creepiest messages she’s been sent by men online.

LA based musician, Mia Matsumiya, has documented 10 years of messages from her MySpace, Facebook, Twitter and OK Cupid accounts, and has now uploaded them to Instagram account, perv_magnet.

The 4ft 9in musician told Newsworthy:

Five years ago, I wanted to make a coffee table book out of all these fucked up messages.

I thought they were hilarious, anthropologically interesting and would make an entertaining but disturbing read.

She says her intention is to make people aware of what the online world is like for many women.

Here’s a selection of some of the comments, and they’re really creepy:

This one is so grim and repulsive, I actually can't come even up with a good caption for it. Submitted anonymously.

Unusual fetish? Fine. Enforcing it onto other people without consent? Not so okay. 😢 Submitted by Tina.
