KIM Jong-un is apparently using sexy women to seduce his enemies into helping North Korea.

The country has reportedly set up fake Facebook profiles seemingly run by beautiful girls, who use them to tease secrets from gullible men using the classic ‘honeypot’ technique reports the Daily Star.

The new scheme was revealed by South Korea’s National Intelligence Service (NIS) who say they are under pretty much constant threat from the North.

But the rise of online networking means that anybody, anywhere, is a potential target.

As a result, NIS officials have urged South Koreans to refuse any unexpected friend requests as Kim’s spies have also allegedly sent emails in which they pose as representatives of the South’s president.

Speaking to the Chosun Ilbo newspaper they said:

If a beautiful stranger wants to become your friend on Facebook, you should turn them down.

According to the Daily Star, web accounts belonging to over 40 government and military officials have been hacked this way.

A senior propagandist who served under Kim’s father, Kim Jong-il, revealed just how widespread the honeytraps are.

In his book, Dear Leader, Jang Jin-sung said not only were female spies sent abroad to seduce foreigners, foreign women were also kidnapped and forced to have babies with their North Korean captors.

The children would then be raised as spies, appearing less obviously North Korean due to their mixed heritage.

As well as this, the kids of female overseas agents would also be used to extort information from their foreign dads.

Mr Jang said:

It was part of a plan to establish North Korean family ties for foreigners – to make them sympathetic towards us.

I’m not entirely convinced it’s worked, but it could explain the huge queue of beautiful women sending me friend requests…
