This is pretty impressive.

Jackson Gordon is a student in Philadelphia that raised funds on Kickstarter to complete his project… A Batsuit.

His version of Bruce Wayne’s outfit is pretty sick. It’s partially made of kevlar, and can withstand a knife attack, which is always useful.

The suit weighs about 25lbs, and Gordon says:

It sounds like a lot, and when you have it in a bag over your shoulder it weighs a ton, but when you are actually wearing it, you barely feel it.

Which is also useful. Knifeproof and light. Great combo.

As you can see, you can wear this suit and get punched in the belly and back. I’m not entirely sure that’d be the first place I’d want to protect in a fight, so I hope his helmet works just as well.

It’s a sick project. I’m not quite sure what he is going to do with it now, but maybe he can work on his car next.
