It all kicked off on CNN when a double-standard on saying ‘pussy’ was brought to the table.
The political commentator, Ana Navarro, tore into Republicans still standing by Trump after his lewd comments surfaced in an x-rated video where he spoke about grabbing women “by the pussy”.
Trump surrogate Scottie Nell Hughes couldn’t handle Navarro#s mention of the dreaded p-word and exclaimed: “Will you please stop saying that word. My daughter is listening.”
Appearing to miss the irony of her outrage, Hughes gets shut down by Navarro, the Huffington Post reports.
You know what Scottie? Don’t tell me you’re offended when I say ‘pussy,’ but you’re not offended when Donald Trump says it!
I’m not running for president. He is.
Don’t act outraged and offended when I say the word that you’re not offended by the man who you are supporting for president is saying,
That is absurd.

Hughes tries to interject, but there’s no stopping Navarro, and at the end, all Scottie can muster is “I said I was offended by him saying that too,”
I don’t know how we have even come close to voting for a president who speaks about women in such an archaic and derogatory way…I think Scottie needed that wake-up call.
