Men – we’re nothing if not a predictable bunch.
So when Cosmetic surgery experts Make Yourself Amazing decided to carry out an experiment on Tinder by digitally enhancing a woman’s breasts to make them appear larger in her profile pics, we can all probably guess what happened next.
As reported by The Sun, the team altered the images of ‘Carla’ from Manchester, boosting her bra size from an A cup to a DD.
And, in a major shock (except not really), despite Carla making absolutely no changes to the rest of her profile and personal info, she received more than a third more matches on the mobile dating app than before.
However, not only were 34 per cent more lads swiping right on her profile, they were also more likely to comment on her physical appearance in their messages than before, which means some of the guys were kind enough to actually look up and check out Carla’s face as well.
In contrast, guys who responded to Carla’s smaller busted photos were less likely to be focused on her appearance and their questions generally centred around her actual interests and personality. Imagine that!
MYA chairman John Ryan said:
Our chest-test proves that for a lot of men, an ample bust really is the deciding factor in a woman’s attractiveness, at least initially. Our busty profile had her pick of the men in our experiment. However, for the majority of our patients the reason for a breast enlargement has nothing to do with appealing to the opposite sex. It’s for themselves and how they feel about their own body. The extra admiring glances are just a bonus.
