So, it turns out that wet dreams aren’t just the domain of horny teenage boys, with a new article giving an insight into the phenomenon of ‘sleep orgasms’ among women.

Apparently the awesome experience involves the lucky ladies waking up climaxing and around 37 per cent of women will sleep orgasm by the age of 45, according to researchers.

According to the report from Broadly, the cool phenomenon occurs mainly in women aged between 40 and 50, so getting old isn’t all bad!

Jade, 24, explained to the magazine website that her own sleep orgasms can occur a couple of times a week, especially if she hasn’t had much in the way of good lovin’ in a while.

She said:
